The Charter

This is not the charter. The charter is not published. What follows is what every member is told, once, in person.

Admission

Membership is by introduction only. It is never applied for, and it is never purchased.

Conduct

A member does not solicit. A member does not disclose. What happens in a room stays in the room.

Review

Membership is reviewed annually. Upgrades are by invitation — they cannot be requested, and they cannot be purchased.

Departure

A member may leave at any time. We may also end a membership, and we will give our reasons to the member alone.
